Many email clients such as Outlook Express and Apple Mail use POP email as the default for retrieving your email. If you would like to view your sent and received emails on a number of different devices, you can choose to use IMAP instead, when setting up your email account connection settings. This will synchronise the emails on each of your computers with those on your mail server.

A note of caution however: be careful only to keep those emails which are actually important. Storing your holiday photos in a Sent Items mailbox is a very quick way of running out of disk space!
